A credit card will be requested to guarantee arrival. To confirm the reservation, a payment link will be sent for the pre-authorization of the credit card and subsequent verification of the existence of funds. Cancellation can be made within 7 days of the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card indicated.

In the case of a prepaid rate reservation, it is non-refundable but "RESALEABLE".
By choosing the resalable reservation, the customer authorizes the creation - through the technology of Takyon S.r.l., to which the customer's data will be transmitted - of a digital product (non-fungible token) to which the reservation will be associated. The reservation cannot be modified or canceled but can be resold (through the sale of the digital product) until 11.59 pm of the day before check-in on the Takyon Travel Exchange Platform (accessible at https://takyon.io). The resale price is decided by the customer independently of the initial purchase price. By booking the resalable rate, the customer declares to know and accept the Terms of Service which regulate the Takyon Platform and the circulation of the digital product (accessible at the link https://takyon.io/terms-conditions).
